Division Drives

Division Drives is focused on applications of electrical drives in the power range 0.1 kW ÷ 25 MW, for voltage 220V ÷ 6.6kV.Our works in the sphere of deliveries of electrical machines, variable frequency drives, softstarters and other components are in the company SPEL developed since 1992. Independent Division Drives was established in February 2006.

You can find our applications of electrical drives in heat stations, energetics; water and wastewater treatment plants; opencast coal-mining and metallurgical industry, cement factories, air-conditioning of buildings and in many others.

Division Engineering

Division Engineering is an active company focus on Highway telematic systems and industrial automation.
Division arose by fusing of the Transport Division and Industrial Automation Division and builds on many years of providing professional services both groups in each sector.

Division Manufacturing

Division Manufacturing has approximately 350 employees and is divided into three main sectors:

  – low-voltage components and instruments
  – cable harnesses, cables and solenoids
  – and microwave duplexers, antenna elements and amplifiers

We produce for companies such as Automation, Thermoking, Andrew Telecom, Draka Kabely a Ingersoll Rand.

Spel a.s.

SPEL, a.s. was founded in June 1990 as a private company owned by two partners. From its foundation it is focused on branch of automation and control the technological processes.
In this field it closely co-operates with world leading firm in the branch of automating tools, American company Rockwell Automation - Allen Bradley.
SPEL company began as authorized distributor of this firm, following it expanded its activities by engineering and then even by production.
